Adam Nicholson: Last blog entry Another Regatta Done, off to the next one. So it's the day after the Internationals finished. The breeze on Friday was great for the few of us that did leave the dock. It was so much fun. But I feel the Race Committee made the right discission for most of the fleet to abandon the racing due to too much wind. It was a great regatta, and very well put together by all of the volunteers. I look forward to the possibility of competing in the next Internationals in Largs in 2009. But for me, the finn schedule takes over now and my plans switch to Melbourne Finn Gold Cup. It was great to see everyone again. I have to say thanks to some of the many wonderful people that were a great help to everyone at the regatta, Joanna Beaver, Peter Duncan, John Luard, Race Committee, Dave Dawson, Art Silcox, and everyone at West River SC, Warner "Monte" Monterio for sponsering the regatta, my parents Fred and Sue for helping Team Alpha Woof, and Most of All the person who had to sit in the boat with me for about 8 days, Jennifer Yap.
