Adam Nicholson: Mile 6542.7 of the Fall Regatta Circuit Well I'm finally here in West River. Where is everyone? Is no one taking this regatta seriously? Haha. I'm here getting my boat ready. The club seems to have everything in order. The weather is great right now for anyone here. On the way here I dropped by Indianapolis Motor Speedway. For some of the Salts out there it is the pinnacle of Auto racing in North America for almost 100 years. We got to drive around the track in a tour bus at a top speed of a whopping 30 mph. But we got to see the Brickyard. In the next few days over 50 boats will be arriving, the rush will begin, and the first gun of the regatta will blow on Saturday. Good Sailing! Adam Nicholson |
